What type of trucking companies do you work with?

At DT Lines, we work with carriers of all sizes. We work with all types of companies from one truck owner-operator to trucking companies with double-digit company drivers.

How are carriers paid for loads?

When the load is booked under the carrier’s company name, the same company name is put on the rate confirmation by the shipper or broker, and only you as the company owner are authorized to receive funds.

How do carriers pay DT Lines for dispatch services?

Carriers can pay us with the help of their factoring company, via ACH, or by putting a debit/credit card on file. Every week, we send carriers an invoice one week in arrears for any payments through ACH or debit/credit cards.

How do I get started with your dispatch service?

We require your company’s DOT Letter of Authority, signed W-9 Form, certificate of insurance, and signed DT Lines dispatch agreement.

Do I need to fill any contract in order to start working with you?

No, you don’t need to fill out any contract as there are no such types of contracts that we ask our clients to fill. You can start working with us right away by getting in touch with our support representatives.

What do you need from me in order to get started?

We require three things from you: a copy of insurance proof, your W-9, and your MC authority paper.

In simple words, a factoring company is an organization that will wait for brokers to pay your invoices for a small fee. In return, they will pay you right away and keep your cash flow going.
